Private tours :

Any change of date or content cannot be guaranteed and shall be applied subject to availability.

Any request for cancellation or change must be received by e-mail at : contact@parisfrominside.com
In case of cancellation, our refund policy is :

• You can cancel up to 72 hours in advance of the experience with 10% cancellation fees.

• If you cancel less than 72 hours before the experience’s start time (Paris time), 50% of the amount you paid will be refunded.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start (Paris time), no refund.

Any interruption of the tour during its delivery, at the client’s wishes, shall not give rise to any refund.

Refund :
If a cancellation requires a refund of the amount, total or partial, the refund will be made in a month after the cancellation notice.

Meteorological conditions :
If the tour or a part of this tour can not be delivered because of weather conditions, it shall not give rise to any refund.

Hotel & Restaurant planner service :

Our service allows you to choose and, if necessary, pre-book a hotel or restaurant, according to the criteria you have previously defined.
Given the uncertain availability of hotels and restaurants in Paris, we cannot guarantee that all your criteria will be met. However, we will do our best to offer you at least 2 options as close as possible to your criteria, within 48 hours.
If we are unable to offer you 2 options by the date of your reservation, a refund will be made.
